Statutory certificates, service contracts and contractor visits.
How this works
Everyone works on the same records. What you change here is saved centrally and
is on everyone else’s screen at their next refresh. There is nothing to export or return.
You see your own property. The database decides that, not this page, so there is
no way to edit another site’s rows by accident.
Logging a completion. When a certificate or service is done, open the item and
set the date, contractor and reference — or press Log completion today, which
stamps today and works out the next due date from the frequency.
Record what the certificate actually said. Pass, pass with actions, or fail. An
item that was serviced but failed stays red until the actions are closed out, because the service
happening is not the same as the item being compliant.
Attach the evidence.Take photo or Attach file stores the
certificate against the item. A date with no certificate behind it is worth very little when
somebody asks.
If it is not applicable, say so. Mark it Not applicable rather than
deleting it, so the schedule stays complete and the reason is visible.
Your sign-in is yours. Do not share your password, and do not use one you use
anywhere else. If you think someone else knows it, change it with the button at the top.
No signal is fine. The page keeps working and shows the last position it had.
Changes go up when the connection returns.
Group office: Board report produces the position across every property, and
Export CSV is your own backup. Import CSV is still there for bulk changes —
you see exactly what it will do before anything is applied.

No items yet
Start from the standard schedule — the statutory and service items every property
should track, with their service frequencies. Dates, contractors and owners are then entered against
each item.
You can also add items one at a time, or change
the schedule in the STANDARD_SCHEDULE list at the top of the script.
